Hồ Chí Minh[a][b] (born Nguyễn Sinh Cung;[c][d][e][4][5] 19 May – 2 September ),[f] colloquially known as Uncle Ho (Bác Hồ)[g][8] and by other aliases[h] and sobriquets,[i] was a Vietnamese revolutionary and politician who served as the founder and first president of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam from until his death in , and as its first prime minister from to Ideologically a Marxist–Leninist, he founded the Indochinese Communist Party in and its successor Workers' Party of Vietnam (later the Communist Party of Vietnam) in , serving as the party's chairman until his death.
Hồ was born in Nghệ An province in French Indochina, and received a French education. Starting in , he worked in various countries overseas, and in was a founding member of the French Communist Party in Paris. After studying in Moscow, Hồ founded the Vietnamese Revolutionary Youth League in ,

Indian Ambassador to Viet Nam Pranay Verma visits Yen Bai province
As part of the commemorative events to mark the nd Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, 75th anniversary year of India’s Independence and 50th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Viet Nam, the Embassy of India in coordination with the People’s Committee of Yen Bai Province organized a Tree Planting Ceremony in Yen Bai on October 2, A total of Giang Huong trees (Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurs) were planted to mark the 75 years of Indian Independence and 50 years of India-Viet Nam diplomatic relations.
