Mike Morin (born July 20, ) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. Morin currently resides in Manchester, UK and is the Assistant Coach for the Manchester Storm.
Early career
[edit]Born in Melville, Saskatchewan, Morin began his career at NCAA level, playing for Lake Superior State University. Morin was a regular and reliable first team player, icing in games in four seasons and scoring points in the process.
Morin then made the transition to professional standard ice hockey, signing for the ECHL team, the Richmond Renegades. Again he would produce an excellent points output, with 38 poi

Born in Melville, Saskatchewan, Canada, on the 20th of July , Mike Morin began his hockey career at NCAA level, playing for Lake Superior State University for 4 seasons between and Morin was a regular and reliable first-team player, icing in games and scoring points in the process.
After his college education ended, Morin signed with ECHL team, the Richmond Renegades where he once again produced an excellent points return, 38 points scored over 47 games. Also in the /96 season, Mike Morin lined up for Boston Bruins affiliate the Providence Bruins, gaining 9 points in 25 games.
It was the /97 season when Morin made the move to the UK’s Superleague and joined the Manchester Storm. The Storm were in their second season and, after winning the old 1st Division, they found themselves having a tough first season in the Superleague. Despite this, Morin managed to accrue 33 points from 39 games. In total, Manchester Storm’s number 15 made appearances over 6 season
