TMZ reported the year-old actress was found unresponsive in a Texas jail cell on November 4, according to the Hunt County Sheriff Office.

The Dallas County Medical Examiner determined the overdose death to be accidental.
They say chronic ethanolism, or heavy drinking, was also a likely cause of her death.
Police say when Tiani was arrested they were called to respond to a person lying in a ditch.
That person turned out to be an intoxicated Tiani.
Officials called for an ambulance, but she refused treatment.
So they arrested her and took her to the Hunt County Detention Center.

'On November 4th, at approximately p.m. Ms. Warden was found unresponsive in her cell,’ the press release stated.
