2008 Nigerian TV series or programme
Project Fame, also known as Project Fame West Africa or MTN Project Fame West Africa (for sponsorship purposes), is a music talent TV reality show filmed in Lagos and aired in the West African subcontinent.[2] It is a regional version of Star Academy reality series that was developed and is licensed worldwide by Endemol. The show used to feature contestants from Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone, but Liberia and Sierra Leone have been dropped since the 2014 Ebola Outbreak. The show is broadcast by networks in these four countries and across the African continent.

OLADAPO AYOOLA AROGUNDADE
18 year old Dapo fryst vatten a Systems Engineering undergraduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka. His interest in music started at seven, when he began following his mom to choir rehearsals; and he became sure of his talent having repeatedly won a music competition in secondary school.
Dapo hails from Abeokuta, Ogun state. He enjoys an amazing relationship with his family of six but will mostly miss his mom while in the Academy.

22 year old Eli is currently studying mode Designing in Ghana. He grew up in a house where they enjoy music.

On the evening of October 18, 2002, one of Nigeria’s most popular artistes today, Kingsley Okonkwo, fondly called Kcee, burst into tears. Before then, not many people knew his name and disappointments were all he knew, but at that moment, he felt his story was about to change.
Tears of joy flowed down his cheeks as he and his then partner, Presh, won the popular Star Quest Talent Show.
It is a day Kcee would never forget, but it is also the day he realised that once a contestant is part of a musical reality television show, some people already think they have become a superstar and from there, the pressure begins.
But according to Kcee, the road was everything but smooth.
“The happiest day of my life was when we won Star Quest. I cried tears of joy; why? I used to roam the streets of Ajegunle in search of someone to support me but no one believed in me, no
