Alphonsus Celestine Edmund CassellMBE (16 November [1] – 15 September ), known mononymously as Arrow, was a Montserratian calypso and soca musician, regarded as the first superstar of soca from Montserrat.[2] Internationally, his biggest hit song was "Hot Hot Hot" (), known from the original by Arrow and numerous later versions by other musicians.

Arrow was best known for his hit Hot Hot Hot, which former New York Dolls singer David Johansen, in his lounge-lizard persona of Buster Poindexter, turned into a U.S. hit.
Born into a family that produced two calypso kings at Montserrats annual Christmas carnival, Arrow was influenced by the Trinidadian calypso star the Mighty Sparrow.
He was himself crowned carnival calypso king four times and became a leader of the dance-oriented calypso derivative soca.
